Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also complemented by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie C14 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or families with a child. Despite its small size of 35m2, the apartment meets the needs of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The comfortable double bed, opposite it a TV with SMART function, and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which will comfortably accommodate morning breakfast as well as any other meal. Preparing food is made possible by the fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a several-day stay. 

The apartment Nadmotławie C14 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is only just starting its revitalization, the journey to the Old Town will be continuously accompanied by the view of the river, marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the common area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, allowing access for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
