A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of a few days. 

The Nadmotławie C14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and extra-charge sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground car park, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The car park also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spots in the car park is limited, and availability is unfortunately uncertain. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
