In this small space, there is a table that provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. A separate room is the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and an evening drink. ​

The Nadmotławie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.  The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
