The apartment is located in a modern residential building completed in 2023. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire Gdańsk’s panorama from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A major advantage of the building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area — which includes a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna available for an extra charge.
