The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, there is a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a free gym, playroom for children, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
