Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Granaria B45 is a stylish, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment located in a wonderful location. What distinguishes it, besides stylish finish and a sense of spaciousness, is precisely its location. 45 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable sleeping area, a pleasant living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, large glazing, bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony providing outdoor space — an ideal place for morning coffee.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The space is additionally charged at 80 PLN/day.

Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi in the building next door, paid at 150 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required and must be made along with payment at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2020, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, or the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting place SASSY club.
