ABOUT THE APARTMENT

In 60 m² of space comfortable conditions for a stay for up to 4 people have been prepared. The modern premium-style apartment, decorated in elegant black and natural wood, offers a comfortable space ideal for those who value design and high-quality finishes.

• The spacious living room is maintained in a modern, minimalist style dominated by dark colors, natural wood, and atmospheric LED lighting. There is a large, fold-out sofa providing a comfortable relaxation area, and opposite it, a TV with TV channels and Smart TV function has been installed. The set is complemented by a coffee table and an impressive RTV unit with a backlit display cabinet, adding elegance to the interior.

• From the living room there is access to the balcony equipped with a set of garden furniture, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening rest. 

• Kitchenette in elegant black and wood is fully equipped with appliances necessary for daily use. Guests have at their disposal a oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a set of kitchen accessories. A large amount of cabinetry and illuminated countertops give the kitchen a modern and functional character. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  Right next to it is a dining table with four comfortable seats, creating the perfect space for shared meals.

• Bedroom is an elegant space designed in a cohesive color scheme of dark tones and wood. It has a comfortable 160×200 double bed, built-in cabinetry with practical cabinets, and LED lighting that adds coziness to the interior. Opposite the bed, a Smart TV has been installed, allowing comfortable viewing of favorite programs in the bedroom's privacy.

• Bathroom is decorated in modern dark tones with wood elements and LED lighting. Available is a spacious walk-in shower, sink with a large mirror, and hairdryer. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall.

On the terrace, there is a unique viewing terrace, from which you can enjoy a panorama of the city with views of the Polsat Plus Arena and the Gdańsk Shipyard.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Bulvar apartment building situated a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to reach the beautiful, sandy Gdańsk beach. The direct vicinity of the building is the President Ronald Reagan Park, the perfect place for bike trips and long walks. Nearby are all kinds of shops, and a bit further, the Przymorze Shopping Gallery.
