ABOUT THE APARTMENT

On 60 m² of space, comfortable conditions have been prepared for up to 4 people. This modern premium-style apartment, furnished in elegant black and natural wood, offers a comfortable space ideal for those who value design and high-quality finishes.

• The spacious living room is maintained in a modern, minimalist style, dominated by dark colors, natural wood, and atmospheric LED lighting. There is a large sofa bed providing a comfortable relaxation area, and opposite it a television with TV channels and Smart TV functionality is mounted. The setup is complemented by a coffee table and an impressive media unit with a backlit display cabinet, adding elegance to the interior.

• From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace equipped with a set of garden furniture, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening downtime.

• Kitchenette in elegant black and wood is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for everyday use. Guests have at their disposal a oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a set of kitchen accessories. The large amount of cabinetry and backlit countertops give the kitchen a modern and functional character. For guests' convenience, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  Next to it is a dining table with four comfortable seats, creating a perfect space for shared meals.

• Bedroom is an elegant space designed with a consistent color scheme of dark tones and wood. It features a comfortable 160×200 double bed, cabinetry with practical cupboards, and LED lighting adding coziness to the interior. Opposite the bed, a Smart TV is mounted, allowing comfortable viewing of favorite programs in the quiet of the bedroom.

• Bathroom is designed in modern dark tones with wood elements and LED lighting. Available is a spacious walk-in shower, a sink with a large mirror, and a hairdryer. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.

The terrace features a unique viewing terrace offering a panoramic view of the city with sights of the Polsat Plus Arena and Gdańsk Shipyard.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Bulvar apartment building, situated a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to reach the beautiful sandy beach of Gdańsk. The immediate neighborhood of the building is the President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike trips and long walks. Nearby you will find various shops, and a little further away, the Przymorze Shopping Mall.
