Grano Residence 103 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment.
In the spacious living room there is a fold-out sofa with a large TV, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows meal preparation. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a workplace. Of course, there is a stylish bathroom with a large shower and washing machine.
Additional space is provided by a cozy balcony — a place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The building is located on the Granaries Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Situated right by the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you’ll find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E. Wedel” café. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel’s SPA zone, which includes a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this is additionally charged and subject to availability.
