The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality with the functionality of your own apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo and a pleasantly scented gel is provided. Guests also enjoy a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 96 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 8th floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers exceptional design and comfort at the highest level.

The living room as the central point of the apartment is a place to gather together after a day full of experiences. It features a sofa bed, with a TV opposite. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for preparing delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms. Entering the first bedroom, there is a double bed providing excellent sleep and rest. The well-thought-out room arrangement also includes a wardrobe offering ample space to store clothes and other personal items. The second bedroom has a large double bed.

The apartment has two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and a rain shower. It is an ideal place to relax while bathing after an active day.

A great advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with an amazing view of the Motława River.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking spot is designed for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75 m.

An additional benefit of the apartment is its location with a unique SPA area including a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with a stunning view of the Old Town and surroundings. It is an ideal place for sunbathing, and the building's height ensures we are closer to the sun.
