Large windows allow for a significant amount of natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you'll find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally charged sauna.
