The apartment is located in a modern complex put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace has been created on the premises. A great advantage of the apartment complex, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared building area — including a free gym, children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
