The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 504A is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and the panoramic view from the balcony over the Motława River impresses at first glance. At any time of the day, you can enjoy watching the calm flow of the river. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for individual travelers, valuing comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the sofa. Here is also a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The bedroom houses a large double bed. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

An undeniable asset of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It is perfect for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.

Deo Plaza 504A apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated, resembling old granaries in appearance. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafés. Live music is often heard here, and the island's heart is the "food hall," where restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E.Wedel" café are located.

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi available for 90 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority access for Radisson Hotel guests.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown noises may occur at night.

Due to the bridge renovation next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
