The Nadmotławie C21 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nonetheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, marina, and Old Town tenements.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
