A comfortable shower is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after a day full of impressions.

The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony, an ideal place for morning coffee, relaxing reading, or evening gatherings at sunset.

The Nadmotławie C16 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated just next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, despite this, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
