The Nadmotławie C16 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, however, along the way to the Old Town, the view of the river, marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will constantly accompany us. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
