It is located on the 16th floor of a modern apartment building opened at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. The tunnel under the Martwa Wisła River facilitates access to the Old Town. The apartment is also situated close to Gdańsk’s most popular beach - Brzeźno.
