Grano Residence 49 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 45 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony providing outdoor space - an ideal place for morning coffee.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, and a massage area. Use of these facilities is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate neighborhood of the building.
Due to construction work near the building, some apartments may be exposed to noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
