Although the apartment is small, it has 37m2 and will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room with a seating area and a folding sofa, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, which allows for the preparation of any meal. There is of course a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by the balcony - the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Nadmotłwie 75 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The neighborhood of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, however, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground parking garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a place in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
