Despite its modest size, the apartment, which is 37m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished and its layout makes sure everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room with a seating area and a sofa bed, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette that allows you to prepare any meal. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony - the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 75 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and a sauna with an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and unfortunately their availability is not guaranteed. The cost of renting a garage spot is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
