Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own flat. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 117 is a unique apartment by the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque landscape. Large windows illuminate the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River delights from the first glance. At any time of the day, you can enjoy watching the calm river flow. It is the perfect place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for solo travelers, valuing comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

The central point of the living room is a sofa bed with a sleeping function. Right next to it, there is an elegant bedroom with a large comfortable double bed providing excellent rest after a day full of experiences. The bedroom is surrounded by glass walls and doors, offering an amazing view of the Motława River, which catches the first rays of the sun in the morning. On the other side of the living room is a kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals. The bathroom is designed in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

The Deo Plaza 117 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries in appearance. Situated just above the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, which houses restaurants with view terraces and the “E.Wedel” café. 

Guests have access to a building with a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi for 90 PLN/1.5h. Advance booking is required, together with payment to be made at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority entry for Radisson Hotel Guests.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that at night there may be typical downtown noises.

Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
