​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The presented apartment is a stylish, modern studio with an area of 38m2 with a separate sleeping area, which enchants with an elegant combination of bottle green, powder pink, and golden accents. The space was designed with maximum comfort and aesthetics in mind, creating ideal conditions both for a romantic stay for two, and a comfortable business trip or weekend city break. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults.

• The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard and high-quality hotel bedding. Carefully selected lighting and decorative wallpaper give the interior a cozy, elegant character.
• In the living area there is a comfortable sofa that can serve as an extra sleeping place or a space to relax. Large windows provide excellent natural light and lead to a private balkon equipped with a table and chairs – a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening rest.
• The modern kitchenette features matte green fronts, golden handles, and a light countertop with an elegant pattern. The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, a set of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a comfortable dining area with a round table and four chairs, encouraging shared meals and gatherings. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic extras is prepared.
• The bathroom is maintained in light, elegant tones using large-format tiles with a marble finish and golden fittings that give the interior a luxurious character. Guests have access to a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and functional sink with a large mirror. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided, ensuring comfort at the highest level.

LOCATION

The Nadmotławie C42 apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared common area – comprising a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately beyond control. The cost of renting a parking spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
