Although the apartment is compact—38 m2—it meets the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a SMART TV and a comfortable sofa with an Italian frame, which ensures a comfortable sleep. In this small space there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Cooking is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. 

The Nadmotławie C42 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's townhouses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area - consisting of children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
