Granaria A607 is a spacious apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, in a prestigious investment on the Granary Island. It was designed with comfort and convenience in mind for 4 people, making it perfect both for family vacations and stays with friends. 

The bright living room impresses with high ceilings and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa bed and a minimalist coffee table create an ideal place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial touch in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, and next to it is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs.

The bedroom is separated by a glazed partition, which provides a sense of privacy while maintaining spaciousness. It features a comfortable double bed and stylish accessories that complement the modern interior atmosphere.

The exceptionally elegant bathroom is decorated in earth tones and black, using high-quality materials. The spacious rain shower cabin, enclosed toilet, and a spacious cabinet with a sink ensure both comfort and aesthetics.

Next to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with the payment at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

​There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, however, availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator.​

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, there are fashionable restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting place - the SASSY club.
