The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panoramic view of Gdansk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a free gym, children’s playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
