The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. There are many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store nearby.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, gym, workspace, and a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Access to these additional areas is included in the apartment price.
