Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our guests are also delighted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 404 is an elegant apartment with an area of 98 m², combining modern design with high-quality finishes. It is a luxurious space created for people who appreciate comfort, elegance, and unique views in the heart of the city. It is intended for up to 6 adults.

The spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable light-toned sofa, is an ideal place to relax and also provides an additional sleeping area. From the living room, large windows lead to a balcony offering a beautiful view of the Motława River and the vibrant city, adding extra charm to the interior.

The living room is connected to a kitchenette, maintained in a classic style with white fronts and marble details. It impresses with its elegance and functionality. Golden accents add a unique character. It is fully equipped, and the stylish dining table is perfect for shared meals.

The apartment has two bedrooms – the first with a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a modern shower, ensuring full comfort. The second bedroom offers two single beds, making it an excellent option for both children and friends. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower.

Additionally, the apartment includes a third bathroom for guests, providing maximum convenience. The entire space is decorated in an elegant, light style, with attention to every detail.

Deo Plaza 404 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries. It is situated right on the Motława River, near Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here, you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made and paid for at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority admission for Radisson Hotel guests.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please keep in mind that typical downtown noises may occur at night.
