Apartment Nadmotławie 139 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Although the apartment's area is just beginning its revitalization phase, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly have the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry of vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also permits entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability unfortunately is independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
