Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything necessary for a multi-day stay. A separate room is an impressive bathroom equipped with a free-standing bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, but thanks to easy-to-use curtains, it can be completely private. Additional living space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is a perfect spot for morning coffee and an evening drink.

Apartment Nadmotławie 154 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town is constantly accompanied by views of the river, a yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
