Apartment Nadmotławie 154 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization process, throughout the walk to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the sight of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a subterranean garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
