Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own flat. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Chmielna 47 is a very stylish and spacious apartment designed for up to four people. However, full comfort will be experienced by a couple or a 3-person family. The 52-square-meter apartment consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be joined, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on Spichrzów Island, which is undergoing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
