The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, nicely scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 103 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows illuminate the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River captivates at first glance. At any time of day, you can enjoy watching the peaceful flow of the river. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for solo travelers who appreciate comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.
The central point of the apartment is a comfortable double bed, providing excellent rest after a day full of experiences. On the other side, there is a kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, with a luxurious bathtub, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
Deo Plaza 103 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. Here you can find restaurants offering cuisine from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which must be made and paid for at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool is limited to 35 people, priority entry is given to Radisson Hotel Guests.
If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking spot depends on availability. The clearance height for the parking garage is 1.9 m.
Thanks to the central city location, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.
Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
