The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The Gdańsk panorama can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel, located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
