The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletry kit consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. We also brighten our Guests' stay with a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 4 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 3 people. Our apartment will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. The living room is equipped with a large double bed, a comfortable fold-out single sofa and a SMART TV. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment of course also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The Nadmotławie 4 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, and is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, yet on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
