Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie 4 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 3 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The living room is equipped with a large double bed, a comfortable, fold-out single sofa, and a SMART TV. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. Of course, the apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The Nadmotławie 4  apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the walk to the Old Town will be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and additionally, a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately beyond control. The cost of renting a place in the garage is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
