The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel quality with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest per bed are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests also enjoy a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Scala 14 is a stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped 2-room apartment designed for a maximum of four people. It has everything needed for both short and longer stays.

The central element of the living room is a large fold-out sofa, which can serve as a comfortable bed for guests. It is an ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the surroundings. The kitchenette is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The double bed with a comfortable mattress in the bedroom provides a comfortable sleep, and the minimalist decor makes the room cozy and relaxing. The bathroom with a toilet offers a pleasant bath for relaxation. It is an ideal place to unwind and refresh after an active day. 

Additional space is provided by a pleasant terrace, an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Scala 14 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. It is situated right next to the Old Town borders, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Music Academy. The apartment’s surroundings encourage walking and enjoying the charm of the city.
