The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Chlebova 4.05 is a cozy apartment for three people, where elegance meets comfort, creating a perfect place for relaxation and rest. The entrance welcomes you with a warm atmosphere and decor created with attention to detail.

The living room, lit by natural light, provides a cozy place to relax. The tastefully composed interior includes a non-folding sofa with a sleeping function, also perfect for relaxing while watching the TV with access to various programs. Thanks to the air conditioning, we can adjust the temperature to personal preferences, ensuring freshness even on the hottest days.

The kitchenette adjoining the living room is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, making cooking a real pleasure. The cozy dining table, ideal for shared meals, is the central place in the apartment where you can enjoy delicious food and pleasant conversations.

The bedroom with a comfortable double bed invites you to relax after a day full of experiences. The built-in wardrobe will accommodate all clothes, keeping the sleeping area tidy and neat.

The bathroom with a shower is a place of relaxation and unwinding. Modern equipment and careful details create an atmosphere of luxury, enabling daily care in an exceptional style.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk’s popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. Many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store are located nearby.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a workspace. To highlight the uniqueness of the location, a roof terrace was created for guests. It offers a captivating view of: Main City, ships floating on the Motława, Granary Island, and the Port. Use of the additional areas is included in the apartment price.
