The apartment is located in a modern building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace has been created on the premises. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s shared zone — consisting of a free gym, children’s playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
