In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment of course also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 20 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows cars up to 2 meters in height to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
