The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can enjoy the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property has a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of this apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone of the building — consisting of a free gym, children’s playroom and an additionally charged sauna.
