The 58-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 6 people who can enjoy the spacious living room combined with a well-equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms— the first with a double bed, the second with a fold-out sofa and workspace, a bathroom with a shower. Additional space includes a balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern, prestigious Tarasy Bałtyku apartment building situated a short distance from the sea— just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful, sandy beach in Gdańsk. The building is directly adjacent to President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby are all kinds of shops and the Galeria Handlowa Przymorze shopping centre, and within the building is the restaurant Whiskey On the Rocks— a legendary spot on Gdańsk’s map serving American cuisine and more.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building— consisting of a club room with billiards, gym, and an attractive relaxation zone.
