The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdansk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel, located nearby on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, a pleasant, green terrace has been created. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — which consists of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
