Nadmotławie 144 is a top-class apartment. It is made according to the latest trends and using the highest quality materials. Despite its small size, the apartment surprises at every turn. The space is enhanced by ceilings over 3 meters high. The kitchenette is optimally equipped. It has everything needed for a several-day stay for two people. The bed is large and very comfortable. Both these areas are equipped with SMART TV sets. The bathroom is bold and made of high-quality materials. An essential element is air conditioning. However, the most important part of the apartment is the TERRACE. The terrace is prepared for a small group of friends or family. Comfortable armchairs, poufs, and a soft carpet are its main furnishings. Despite this, the biggest asset of the terrace is the view — the view of the Old Town, the Ferris wheel, and neighboring buildings, which appeals to everyone.
The Nadmotławie 144 apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's surroundings are just beginning their revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally payable sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spots in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a spot in the hall is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
