The interior has been designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. There is a spacious double bed that ensures a peaceful night's sleep, as well as a small fold-out sofa, perfect for relaxing during the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. In the bathroom, guests have at their disposal a shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy.
An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day full of experiences.
The Nadmotławie 61 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles up to 2 meters in height to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately independent. The rental cost of a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
