Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private flat. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 61 is a pleasant studio that combines functionality with an elegant design. It is an ideal place both for a romantic getaway and for a comfortable stay in the city. Thanks to carefully selected accessories and a modern decor, it creates the perfect conditions for relaxation and regeneration. It is intended for a maximum of 3 adults.

The interior has been designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. It features a spacious double bed that will ensure a peaceful sleep, as well as a small fold-out sofa, ideal for relaxing during the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. In the bathroom guests have a shower and toilet at their disposal, providing comfort and privacy.

An additional asset of the apartment is the balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day full of experiences. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 61 is located in a modern residential building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. From the Old Town the apartment is a few minutes' walk away. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, nevertheless on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.​
