The bathroom with toilet impresses with modern amenities such as a rain shower. It is an ideal place to unwind and refresh after an active day.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall.

The Nadmotławie A44 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.​
