Nadmotławie 102 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, at 28m2, it meets the needs of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV, and a sofa bed. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and other meals. Food preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a stay of several days. 

The Nadmotławie 102 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area near the apartment is just beginning a period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
