This stylish, air-conditioned studio of 44 m², designed for up to 4 people, combines aesthetics, comfort, and excellent amenities with modern design and a river view, creating the perfect space for comfortable relaxation – whether for a short city break or a longer urban stay.
The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, perfect for evening relaxation. Large windows provide a beautiful view of the river, which adds lightness and a unique character to the interior.
The sleeping area can be separated by a curtain, allowing privacy and space division. It features a comfortable 180x200 double bed and a spacious wardrobe providing convenient storage.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Right next to it is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
