The main room is a spacious living room that serves as both a relaxation space and a kitchen. It features a comfortable sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, giving the interior a pleasant atmosphere. The living room harmoniously transitions into a kitchenette, which is equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Modern equipment and elegant finishes give the kitchen a unique character.
The bedroom provides privacy and a peaceful sleep. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, guaranteeing a restful experience after a day full of adventures. The interior of the bedroom is furnished in an elegant style, promoting relaxation and unwind.

The Rezydencja Wintera building was built just above the Motława River in the Old Town, just a few hundred meters south of the Gdańsk icon – the famous Crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the city’s port tradition. The architecture of the building evokes the characteristic groups of tenement houses typical of Hanseatic cities. The building reflects in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a strip of greenery. Numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, yacht marinas, dining spots, and beauty salons are located in the area. Bus and tram stops are located 300 meters away, and the Long Market can be reached on foot in just 9 minutes.
