Two bedrooms with double beds, a very pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage hall, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG installation.
The Nadmotławie A39 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town you will continually enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
