Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, delicately scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome package including tea, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.
Grano Residence 87 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk’s Old Town. Exceedingly spacious 50 square meters guarantees a successful stay for two and a maximum of four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned for use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area, which includes a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this area is additionally chargeable and depends on availability.
The building is located on the island of Spichrzów in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and the closeness of the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
Due to construction works near the building, some apartments may experience noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
