Grano Residence 87 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk’s Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 50-square meters guarantee a successful stay for two and a maximum of four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine..

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage zone. Using it is additionally paid and depends on availability.
The building is located on the Granaries Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
