The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, there are various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s shared area — consisting of a free gym, children’s playroom, and an additionally paid sauna.
