The Nadmotławie 100 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. Rental cost for a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
