Downtown Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest for the bedroom bed are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Scala 37 is a pleasant, stylish and fully furnished apartment designed for a maximum of four people. It features an extraordinary decor, warmth, and spaciousness. Our guests can feel at home here. It has everything needed for short and long stays.

The living room has a sofa bed, opposite which is a television. The kitchen annex is fully equipped, and meals can be enjoyed at the four-person table. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, the apartment has a bathroom with a convenient bathtub and washing machine.

Additional space is provided by a balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Scala 37 apartment is located on the second floor of a modern apartment building. It is situated right next to the Old Town borders, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Music Academy. The apartment's surroundings encourage walks and enjoying the charms of the city.
