The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Letnica 152 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. 40 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a properly equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 16th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its direct neighborhood includes the Gdańsk Stadium along with the Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. The tunnel under the Martwa Wisła river greatly facilitates access to the Old Town. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdańsk's most popular beach — Brzeźno.
