Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 220 is a unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It accommodates 6 adults. In the stylish living room, there is a sofa bed with a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette allows preparing any meal. Two separate bedrooms are available to guests. In one bedroom, there is a large double bed, in the other two single beds. Of course, there is a stylish bathroom.

An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony with a city view - an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee.

Deo Plaza 220 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. Located right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is a “food hall”, where restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café are located. 

Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool has a limit of 35 people, and Radisson Hotel guests have priority access. 

If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space is subject to availability. The clearance height for the garage hall is 1.9m.

Due to the location in the very city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that at night there may be typical downtown sounds.

Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
