Additional space is provided by a balcony — the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 86 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
