ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Elegant, 38-square-meter studio by the Motława River for up to 4 adults is a stylish and modernly furnished apartment, perfect for those who appreciate comfort, functionality, and refined design. The studio space was designed to ensure convenience both during short stays and longer vacations.

• The central point of the interior is a comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a fold-out sofa providing additional resting space. Next to it is a Smart TV with cable channels, ideal for evening relaxation.

• The apartment leads out to a private balcony overlooking the Motława River, where you can start your day with coffee or relax after sightseeing while admiring the calm flow of the river and the modern buildings nearby.

• The functional kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, hob and all necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals. Right next to it is an elegant dining table with comfortable chairs, ideal both for shared meals and work. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.

• The modern bathroom offers a spacious shower and a hairdryer, with marble finishes giving it character and elegance. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

In the adjacent building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment should be made at the reception of Prana SPA in the Radisson hotel.

There is an underground, paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with spot availability depending solely on the parking operator.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store and a popular evening meeting spot, SASSY club.
