ABOUT THE APARTMENT

An elegant, 38-square-meter studio on the Motława River for up to 4 adults is a stylish and modernly furnished apartment, ideal for those who value comfort, functionality, and refined design. The studio space has been designed to provide convenience both during a short stay and a longer vacation.

• The central point of the interior is a comfortable double bed, and opposite it is a fold-out sofa offering additional seating. Next to it, there is a Smart TV with cable channels, perfect for evening relaxation.

• The apartment has an exit to a private balcony overlooking the Motława River, where you can start your day with coffee or relax after sightseeing, admiring the calm river flow and the modern buildings nearby.

• The functional kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, cooktop, and all essential appliances to prepare your favorite meals. Next to it, there is an elegant dining table with comfortable chairs, perfect for both shared meals and work. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and a hairdryer, with marble finishes giving it character and elegance. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

Next door in the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage services as well as a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, and payment must be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

The building has an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with space availability managed solely by the parking operator.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting place club SASSY.
