The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. There is a pleasant, leafy terrace within the facility. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
