The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel, located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service venues. The facility includes a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared building area — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and also a paid sauna.
