The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nowa Motława SPA 18 is a comfortably equipped apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. The 41-square-meter apartment consists of a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

A few floors below the apartment is the SPA zone, consisting of a pool, sauna, and gym. Access is subject to additional charges and availability.

The apartment is located on the Granaries Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
